What is managers to leaders?

Managers to Leaders is our development programme that helps managers acquire key leadership skills so that they step up in confidence to make a real difference in their organisations. There are a lot of myths to leadership but we break the skills down so that your managers understand them, practice them and use them.

Who is it for?

It's for people who need to take on far more of a leadership role than previously. 

 

Why will it be effective?

Our programme prepares people to take on the role of leadership. Often people may have leadership skills but feel they cannot use them because of the beliefs and values that they have. We have a process  that explores and aligns these hidden factors. We also break down the skills into easy to understand steps. We help them practice these steps and offer extensive support. It's effective because it's practical and there is lots of support as they acquire their skills.

What will the experience be like for delegates?

It will be deeply relevant to what they do day to day. Participants will be asked to search for the distinctions that make the real difference. It will be challenging at times. It will be thought provoking.  It'll often produce laughter, insight and hopefully, empowerment. 

What will we cover?

That's mainly for us to design together when we embark upon the programme. It'll more than likely cover things like understanding how the different parts of the business interact together, having difficult conversations, identifying critical leverage points and activities and personal growth and development.
